Shipping Policy
We know how important it is to receive your bee products quickly and securely. That’s why we have tailored our shipping policy to ensure that you receive your goods in a timely and efficient manner:
Shipping Locations: We only ship to addresses within the UK due to legal regulations that prohibit exporting honey and bee products outside of the country.
Shipping Rates: We offer free shipping on all orders over £50 within the UK. For orders under £50, a flat rate of £4.95 will apply.

Shipping Method: We use Royal Mail or DPD as our primary shipping carrier. Depending on the size and weight of your order, we may ship it via standard post or tracked courier.

Shipping Time: We understand that you want your bee products as soon as possible, which is why we aim to dispatch orders within one business day of receiving payment. Delivery can usually take up to three business days from the dispatch date, but we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can monitor your delivery status.

Shipping Delays: In the rare event that there is a delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email and provide an estimated delivery date.

Return & Exchange Policy
At beesbridge we hope you are happy with everything you purchase from us. If not, we have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return you must be the original purchaser, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with the tags and labels intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how, when and where to send your package (at your cost). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and after the given date will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products for example Lip Balm). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (see the instruction above), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
